We currently ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States.
Delivery Times:
It takes us 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to process your purchase after you put it. Following processing, your order will be dispatched, and delivery usually takes place within a total of 4-10 business days (Monday - Friday)

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@babyfields.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
Delayed Orders:
You should receive your order within 4-10 working days (Monday - Friday). If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, don’t worry - delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please contact us at info@babyfields.com, and we will investigate the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In any case of you receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please take a photo of the problem and contact us at info@babyfields.com. We will sort the issue out and make sure you get what you ordered and without issue.
